How it works

AI-first, one
system at a time.

01 · MAP

Map Your Business

Week one, we're inside your operation - watching how the work actually happens, mapping where the hours go. You get a build list ranked by hours saved or revenue generated.

02 · BUILD

Build The First System

One system, live in production by day 30. Not a demo, not a slide deck — a real workflow off your plate, running on your infrastructure.

Workflow · invoice intake

intakePull inbound invoices from shared inbox
agentExtract vendor, amount, PO reference
agentMatch against open purchase orders
humanFlag exceptions for human review
agentPost matched invoices to ERP
03 · OPTIMIZE

Run It & Optimize

The system runs, but a human checks-in. We watch it, tune it, and queue the next build.

    04 · REPEAT

    Repeat The Process

We go back to the map and start working on the next piece.

    Where our systems work

    Where The Systems Run

Automate everything - from sales & growth to daily operations, so you can focus on the business, instead of being in it

    Marketing & Growth

Content, campaigns, and reporting that run on a schedule instead of on someone's to-do list.

    Sales

Leads researched, scored, and followed up before a rep opens the CRM.

    Operations

Invoicing, onboarding, and handoffs that move without anyone chasing them.

    Tech

Internal tools and integrations built for how your team works, and owned by you.

    Built on your stack

    You own everything.

Code, prompts, data, and infrastructure stay yours. If we disappeared tomorrow, nothing you run would stop working.

    Fit

A good fit for some teams. Not all.

    Book the call if

    • Your team already uses tech (or AI), but the real workflows are still manual and siloed
    • You have a clear idea of what your problems are
    • You want your business AI-first while your competitors are still talking about it

    Skip it if

    • You don't actually have a business & can't invest
    • You can't spend an hour per week during the build to make sure we're all on the same page
    • You think AI is stupid (why have you read this far?)

    FAQ

    Asked on most intro calls

We've tried AI before and it didn't stick. What if this doesn't work either?

Most 'AI Failures' come down to throwing AI at a problem and assuming it'll just know how to solve it. We work with you to actually understand your business so that it won't happen again

What's this going to cost me all in, and why won't you put a number on the site?

Everyone needs something different. Some just want consulting, others want execution, others want partnerships. We've done projects at $2,000 one time, and we've done them at many tens of thousands per month.

I'm already underwater. How much of my time will this take?

We usually ask for about an hour per week once the project is moving. We'll need to meet with internal team members to understand their workflows and where the time goes. Invest the time now, so you can save it later.

Is my data safe with you?

We don't own or control your data. We build everything in your accounts, which we'll set up for you if needed.

If we stop working together, what do I keep, and can I just leave?

You keep it all, & yes you can leave. No contractual commitments.

What happens when it breaks, and what am I paying for every month after it's built?

It depends. If you have internal tech people, we'll teach them how to use it. If not, we can stay on in a limited capacity to check in. With most customers, there's always more work to be done, so it's not usually a one-and-done. Once you see the glory of automation & AI, you'll want to do it all.

Why can't I just do this myself with ChatGPT or Zapier?

ChatGPT is a nice chat bot... but think of all the times it said something wild, or did something completely unexpected. That doesn't work in business when real money is on the line.

What if the AI says something wrong to one of my customers?

You can build systems with humans-in-the-loop, so the AI never sends something you don't approve of. Over time, that system gets better and can handle some communications itself.

Will this replace my people, and will my team actually use it?

Most teams experience having more time to work on stuff that actually matters, like strategy & things that require thinking, instead of just doing tasks that a computer could do.
